Discontinuation of unit(s)
If you wish to withdraw:

You MUST ADVISE the Chinese Incountry Program Administrative Co-ordinator no later than 30 September 2011 that you no longer wish to participate.

If you have completed and submitted an Enrolment Form, you MUST COMPLETE another Enrolment Amendment Form to discontinue your unit enrolment, and send it to the Chinese Incountry Program Administrative Coordinator and your home faculty by30 September 2011..
IMPORTANT: Failure to complete and lodge this form will incur a Fail Grade of 0 N on your Monash Academic Record.
Airfare Refund
You are responsible for arranging for the refund of your airline tickets.
Tuition Fee Refund
If you have notified your withdrawal from the Program by 30 September 2011 and discontinued your Summer Semester Chinese unit/s by 30 September 2011 your tuition fee already paid will be refunded to your bank account less the enrolment deposit. The enrolment deposit will ONLY be refunded should your enrolment application or visa application be declined.
Monash Abroad Grants
The Chinese Incountry Program Administrative officer will notify Monash Abroad of your withdrawal from the Program.
If you have received a Monash Abroad Grant you will be required to make repayment arrangements with Monash Abroad.
IMPORTANT: The Chinese Incountry Program is unable to act as an agent for Monash Abroad. All Grant repayments must be made directly to Monash Abroad.
退出留学班程序和有关政策
凡是希望退出中国留学班的同学请注意：
- 在2011年9月30日前通知中国留学班行政办公室主任你不再参加中国留学班；
- 凡是已经递交了《蒙纳士大学课程注册修改表》的同学，必须重新填写《蒙纳士大学课程注册修改表》Enrolment Amendment Form）,并于2011年9月30日前交给中国留学班行政办公室主任才能中止你的注册
请注意：如果你不重新填写并上交《蒙纳士大学课程注册修改表》，你的蒙纳士大学成绩单上将显示你没有通过该课程。
机票退赔
有关机票退赔事宜一律由申请者本人负责。
学费退赔
凡是在规定的2011年9月30日前通知停止注册中国留学班，并在2011年9月30日前退出中国留学班课程的，蒙纳士大学将会扣除注册定金后退还你已交付的留学班学费。除非你的注册申请不获批准或者签证申请不获批准，注册定金的学费一律不退。
蒙纳士大学海外留学旅行助学金退赔
中国留学班行政办公室主任将通知蒙纳士大学海外留学办公室你已退出中国留学班。
凡是已经收到蒙纳士大学海外留学旅行助学金的，必须尽快将领到的助学金退还给蒙纳士大学海外留学办公室。
请注意：中国留学班无权代表蒙纳士大学海外留学办公室行事。所有应退还的蒙纳士大学海外旅行助学金必须直接退还蒙纳士大学海外留学办公室。
