Withdrawal Procedures and Policies (2009-2010)
退出留学班程序和有关政策
Discontinuation of unit(s)
If you wish to withdraw:
- You MUST ADVISE the Chinese Incountry Program Administrative Co-ordinator no later than 2 October 2009 that you no longer wish to participate.
- If you have completed and submitted an Enrolment Form, you MUST COMPLETE another Enrolment Amendment Form to discontinue your unit enrolment, and give it to the Chinese Incountry Program Administrative Coordinator by 2 October 2009.
IMPORTANT: Failure to complete and lodge this form will incur a Fail Grade of 0 N on your Monash Academic Record.
Airfare Refund
You are responsible for arranging for the refund of your airline tickets.
Tuition Fee Refund
If you have notified your withdrawal from the Program by 2 October 2009 and discontinued your Summer Semester Chinese unit/s by 2 October 2009, your tuition fees will be refunded via cheque or direct deposit to your bank account.
Monash Abroad Grants
The Chinese Incountry Program Administrative officer will notify Monash Abroad of your withdrawal from the Program.
If you have received a Monash Abroad Grant you will be required to make repayment arrangements with Monash Abroad.
IMPORTANT: The Chinese Incountry Program is unable to act as an agent for Monash Abroad. All Grant repayments must be made directly to Monash Abroad.

凡是希望退出中国留学班课程的同学须知：
请注意：如果你不重新填写并上交新的《注册修改申请表》，你的蒙纳士大学成绩单上将显示你没有通过该课程。
机票退赔
有关机票退赔事宜一律由申请者本人负责。
学费退赔
凡是在规定的十月二日前通知我们停止注册参加中国留学班，并在十月二日前退出中国留学班课程的，蒙纳士大学将会寄一张支票给你或直接将你的已交付的留学班学费转到你的银行账户上。
蒙纳士大学海外留学旅行助学金退赔
中国留学班行政办公室主任将通知蒙纳士大学海外留学办公室你已退出中国留学班。
凡是已经收到蒙纳士大学海外留学旅行助学金的，须将收到的助学金退还给蒙纳士大学海外留学办公室。
请注意：中国留学班无权代表蒙纳士大学海外留学办公室行事。所有应退还的蒙纳士大学海外旅行助学金必须直接寄还给蒙纳士大学海外留学办公室。
