Withdrawal Procedures and Policies (2008-2009)
退出留学班程序和有关政策
Discontinuation of unit(s)
If you wish to withdraw:
- You MUST ADVISE the Chinese Incountry Program Administrative Co-ordinator no later than 10 October 2008 that you no longer wish to participate.
- If you have completed and submitted an Enrolment Form, you MUST COMPLETE another Enrolment Amendment Form to discontinue your unit enrolment, and give it to the Chinese Incountry Program Administrative Co-ordinator by 7 November 2008.
IMPORTANT: Failure to complete and lodge this form will incur a Fail Grade of 0 N on your Monash Academic Record.
Airfare Refund
You are responsible for arranging for the refund of your airline tickets.
Tuition Fee Refund
If you have notified your withdrawal from the Program by 10 October 2008 and discontinued your Summer Semester Chinese unit/s by 7 November 2008, your Program fees will be refunded via cheque or direct deposit to your bank account.
Monash Abroad Grants
The Chinese Incountry Program Administrative Co-ordinator will notify Monash Abroad of your withdrawal from the Program.
If you have received a Monash Abroad Grant you will be required to make repayment arrangements with Monash Abroad.
IMPORTANT: The Chinese Incountry Program is unable to act as an agent for Monash Abroad. All Grant repayments must be made directly to Monash Abroad.
退出中国留学班课程
凡是希望退出中国留学班课程的同学必须：
- 在十月十日前通知中国留学班行政官员你不再参加中国留学班；
- 凡是已经递交了注册表的同学，必须重新填写《注册修改申请表》才能中止你的注册。《注册修改申请表》必须于十一月七日前交给中国留学班行政官员。
请注意：如果你不重新填写并上缴新的《注册修改申请表》，你的蒙纳士大学成绩单上将显示你没有通过该课程。
机票退赔
有关机票退赔的安排一律由申请者本人负责。
学费退赔
凡是在规定的十月十日前通知我们停止注册参加中国留学班，在十一月七日前退出中国留学班课程的，蒙纳士大学将会寄一张支票给你或直接将你的学费寄到你的银行账户上。
蒙纳士大学海外留学旅行助学金
中国留学班行政官员将通知蒙纳士大学海外留学办公室你已退出中国留学班
凡是已经收到蒙纳士大学海外留学旅行助学金的，将会被要求将助学金退还给蒙纳士大学海外留学办公室。
请注意：中国留学班无权代表蒙纳士大学海外留学办公室行事。所有应退还的蒙纳士大学海外旅行助学金必须直接寄还给蒙纳士大学海外留学办公室。
