Bridge to China

Monash students Katie Murphy and Lloyd Bradbury have received scholarships to study in China for their performance at the recent Chinese Bridge competition held by the Chinese Government in Changsha, Hunan Province. Find out more.

Chinese Island

Chinese Island is an initiative by the Chinese Studies Program at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia designed to compliment traditional classroom-based learning with context-based, hands on learning in the virtual environment of Second Life.

While primarily designed for enrolled Monash University students, all are welcome to visit the island and explore the unique Chinese language and culture learning environment it offers. The Chinese Island site is available here.
