Units that Require Authorisation
Some units require authorisation before you can enrol in them. When you try to enrol in one of these units via the Web Enrolment System ( WES), you will see an error message in a pop-up box that says "Not found - Unit previously taken or may be currently unavailable for web enrolment, please contact your faculty."
For these units, you must complete an Enrolment Amendment form and get it signed by the relevant school/faculty. Once you have been authorised to study one of these units, your home Faculty will add that unit to your enrolment.
Please note: approval to study one of these units must be obtained before you can enrol. For this reason, you may want to postpone buying any books for that unit until your enrolment has been confirmed.
If you are not accepted into the unit you have applied for, you will need to amend your enrolment by adding another unit to replace the one you won't be studying. You can do so by logging on to the Web Enrolment System ( WES ) via your portal.
Public Relations (PRJ): Public Relations units available at the Caulfield campus are restricted to the Bachelor of Arts at Caulfield only and the Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) at Caulfield only. Students enrolled in these courses are required to complete an Application to Take Public Relations Units form to be considered for these units. Please note this restriction applies to Faculty of Arts students only.
