Campus Transfers for Arts Undergraduate Courses
As the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Arts (Global) are offered at multiple campuses, it is possible to begin your degree on one campus and then apply to transfer to another campus.
Eligibility
All applications for transfer will be considered on academic merit and number of available places. To be eligible to transfer, students are required to have achieved a minimum overall average of credit (60%) in their studies.Courses offered at more than one campus
Campus transfers are available for the following courses only:
- Bachelor of Arts: Available via Caulfield, Clayton, Gippsland and off-campus.
- Bachelor of Arts (Global): Available via Caulfield and Clayton
How to apply
- Download and complete a campus transfer application form.
- Submit the application to the Faculty of Arts office before the deadline. Campus and course transfer applications close on the same day. Please refer to the Closing Dates website for transfer deadlines.
Notification of the outcome of your application
If you are approved for campus transfer, your course campus details will be updated and an email will be sent to your Monash email account confirming your transfer and asking you to check your Monash Portal for details. It will then be up to alter your enrolment for the upcoming semester to reflect your new home campus.
- Semester 1 entry: Students will be notified of the outcome of their application in mid to late December, before the university closes for the year.
- Mid-year entry: Students will be notified after the release of Semester 1 results.
