When to apply

Deadlines for transfers to Arts courses are listed below. For University and other faculty deadlines, see closing dates.

Semester 1 transfer

Applications close 30 November. All late applications will be wait listed.

Mid-Year transfer

Applications for mid-year close 30 June.

How to apply

You must re-enrol in your current course pending the outcome of your transfer application.

1) Complete a course transfer application

To download a course transfer application, see Monash student forms

If you wish to apply for more than one course transfer, you must complete a separate application for each course.

2) Submit your application to Monash Arts

You must submit your application prior to the closing date. For address details, see Arts Student Services.

Notification

You will be notified of the outcome of your transfer application via your Monash email account.

Semester one transfers

You will be notified in mid December, before the university closes for the year.

Mid-year transfers

You will be notified after the release of semester one results in July. See KeyDates.
