The honours program in Archaeology and Ancient History is administered by the School of Historical Studies.
Archaeology and Ancient History honours can be completed within the honours degree of the Bachelor of Arts or the honours degree of the Bachelor of Letters.
Students are required to complete 48 points of study comprising: a compulsory seminar, two coursework honours units and a thesis.
Coursework units and the thesis topic are chosen in consultation with the Archaeology and Ancient History honours co-ordiantor.
