Japanese Interpreting and Translation
This program is designed for both native and non-native Japanese speakers who wish to develop advanced competence in Japanese and English interpreting and translation.
You will develop knowledge of the professional aspects of interpreting and translation as well as theoretical concerns relevant to these studies. You will be able to provide interpretation of spoken material, deliver translations of a variety of written texts and will gain the competency to work as a professional translator, understanding the ethics, theories, social and cultural aspects of professional interpreting and translation.
