Students wishing to vary the components of their minor or major sequences should consult with the director of the centre.

1st year sequence:

A first year sequence in Women's Studies consists of WMN1010 and any other first year Arts unit.

Minor sequence:

Normally, students complete a first-year level women's studies sequence followed by WMN2030 and WMN2240.

A minor sequence from second to third year comprises two 6 point WMN units at second year level and EITHER one 12 point WMN unit (WMN3020) OR two 6 point WMN units at third year level chosen from units listed .

Major sequence:

Students complete a standard major chosen from units listed below. Within the 48 points students must include the compulsory core units: WMN2030/3030 (6 points), WMN2240/3240 (6 points), and WMN3020 (12 points). The remaining 12 points are made up from Centre units and cross-listed units chosen from the units listed, with the electives WMN2140/3140, WMN2150/3150 and WMN2080/3080 highly recommended.
