Do you expect to complete your course at the end of this Semester?

Students that expect to complete the requirements of their course this year can not re-enrol. We recommend you request a course progression check to ensure you have met the requirements of your course. Alternatively, you may wish to book an appointment with a course adviser. Are you applying for honours?

You cannot enrol in honours units via the Web Enrolment System (WES). Honours enrolment is a part of a formal application process. If you are accepted into the honours program, the Faculty of Arts will enrol you in the units approved on your application after you accept your offer.

Have you applied for a transfer?

Even if you have applied to transfer to another campus, course or institution you should re-enrol in your current course within the re-enrolment period. Your enrolment can be discontinued or amended as necessary once you are informed of the outcome of your transfer application.

Are you taking a unit over summer?

Even if you are taking a unit over summer you must still re-enrol for next year if you intend to study in semester 1 and/or 2.

Are you going on Study Abroad or Exchange next year?

You cannot enrol in Monash Exchange or Study Abroad units online. If you are commencing in Semester 1, you will be emailed about your overseas enrolment prior to the close of the re-enrolment period.

If you are studying overseas in Semester 1, 2012 and intend to enrol in units on campus at Monash University in Semester 2, 2012, you must enrol during the timely re-enrolment period. Alternatively, if you intend to take a break from your studies in semester 2 you must apply for intermission. View Take a Break from Study for intermission information.
