Selection Criteria
Selection is part of a competitive process that takes into consideration several factors including the number of places available and the strength of the applicant pool.
As these factors may vary from year to year, the level required to be offered a place in the Faculty of Arts program may also vary. Detailed below are the minimum averages required for a transfer to the Faculty of Arts.
Single Degrees: Credit average (60 or above)
Double Degrees: Distinction average (70 or above)
These averages should be used as a guide only as a higher standard may be required in any year. Students who do not meet the minimum averages will not be considered for admission.
