CONGRATULATIONS
Shobhit Chandra and his colleagues in IT for their success in winning an Arts/IT research grant for their project "Supporting Urban Planning with Mobile Augmented Reality Technology".
Narsimha Garlapati who has submitted his Master of Science thesis "Lang Lang Catchment canopy cover changes (1947-2004): Exemplifying increased significance of time series air photo archive in catchment management".
SGES XMAS BBQ
The SGES Christmas BBQ has been scheduled for Thursday 14th December, at the Monash University Club. If you would like to come just add your name to the list in the staff room.
The BBQ will be served buffet-style and includes a selection of Hamburger & Hot Dog Rolls, Beef Sausages, Homemade Hamburger Patties, Porterhouse Steak, Marinated Chicken Thighs - Chef's selection, Coleslaw, French Salad OR Vegetarian Sausages & Burgers (PRE-order with Maureen please) and Jugs of Soft Drink (2 hours duration only).
The cost is $23.00 which should be given to Maureen by Friday 8th December.
