Annual Progress Reporting

These are sent to you via internal mail to be completed in July each year in consultation with supervisors and the Graduate Research Coordinator
Seminars
HDR students are required to annually give a seminar either as "Confirmation of Candidature" or at "School Progress Reporting Days".
Field and off-campus activities
Things you need to do prior to any fieldwork or off campus activity:
1. Notify School Manager, of your proposed activity. A minimum of 4 weeks notice is required.
2. Inform Workshop Manager, David Tooth, of any booking and/or preparation of field equipment needed. A minimum of 4 weeks notice is required.
3. A comprehensive Risk Assessment must be completed to satisfy OHSE requirements and safety procedures. Allow 2-3 weeks for the implementation of any necessary planning or corrective measures.
4. The following documentation (plus a copy to Resources Manager) must be submitted prior to departure.
