Agreement between the School of Geography and Environmental Science, Monash University,

hereafter referred

to as the licensee, and

________________________________________________, Monash University, hereafter referred to

as the sub-licensee

Where

A. The sub-licensee is a staff/student member of Monash University

B. ESRI Australia has allowed the licensee to redistribute the software within Monash University.

The conditions of this agreement are as follows;

1. Software

The sub-licensee acknowledges that the School of Geography and Environmental Science has

made available to him/her the software and

2. Conditions of Use of Software

The sub-licensee agrees to use the software only for non-commercial purposes and only within the precincts of University.

The sub-licensee acknowledges that he/she has read the ESRI licence agreement and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set out within that document.

3. Liability

The sub-licensee agrees that she/he shall be personally liable for any breach of the terms and

conditions of the ESRI licence agreement.
