to as the licencee, and

Where
A. The sub-licencee is a staff member of Monash University
B. The office of Spatial Information Infrastructure, DSE, Victoria has allowed the licencee to redistribute the digital data within Monash University.

The conditions of this agreement are as follows;

1. Data

The sub-licencee acknowledges that the School of Geography and Environmental Science has made available to him/her the digital data described in Schedule A (attached).

2 Conditions of Use of Data

The sub-licencee agrees to use the data only for non-commercial purposes and only within the precincts of University.
The sub-licencee acknowledges that he/she has read the SII licence agreement and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set out within that document.

3 Liability

The sub-licencee agrees that she/he shall be personally liable for any breach of the terms and conditions of the SII licence agreement.
