Community Education Program

A central mission of the ACJC is to engage the Jewish and wider Australian community in the Centre’s research and teaching activities. Throughout the year the ACJC holds regular Public Events in the form of lectures, symposia, workshops and conferences. For a list of the latest events check the ACJC Noticeboard.

Each year the ACJC hosts an intensive Winter School to which the community is invited.

The community is invited to enrol in Monash undergraduate and graduate teaching units and courses. There are two ways one can enrol:

Credit Students

Credit students on a full or part-time basis. For undergraduate studies, contact Paul Forgasz the Undergraduate Studies Coordinator.

For Graduate Studies, contact Lillian Kline the Manager, Graduate School of Jewish Studies or the convenor of the particular program you wish to study.

Community Access Program

The Community Access Program allows students to 'audit' units without assessment. CAP students are only permitted to attend lectures but not tutorials.
The fee per course is $240. For further information email acjc@arts.monash.edu.au
