Introduction
Be part of Australia and New Zealand's first comprehensive national survey of the Jewish population. Your involvement is essential to make possible a full understanding of the views and needs of Jewish Australians and New Zealanders. This is the opportunity for you to have your say and help strengthen our community.The Australian Centre for Jewish Civilisation at Monash University, in partnership with Jewish Care Victoria, the Jewish Communal Appeal in Sydney and B'nai B'rith in Auckland, is leading this project. Communities across Australia are co-operating to undertake the first comprehensive national survey of the Jewish population.
To ensure your participation, please register by sending an email to jsurvey@arts.monash.edu.au with the word Register in the subject line.

[1] you cannot return to a question once you have moved to the next question;

All completed surveys have the chance to go in the draw to win one of three iphones.
Prize
Australia
When you complete the survey you will have the option of entering a draw to win one of three iPhones (valued at $700 each). On completion of the survey the final page will provide you with a code and details on how to enter this draw. The prize draw will take place on Tuesday 18 November, under the supervision of the Melbourne project steering committee.The prize draw is open to all who complete the survey and submit a valid entry,, as specified on the last pages of the questionnaire. Employees of the project, members of the steering and technical advisory committees, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the draw.
New Zealand
When you complete the survey you will also have the option of entering a draw to win an iPhone (valued at $NZ800). On completion of the survey the final page will provide you with a code and details on how to enter this draw. Further details of the competition, including the date of the prize draw, will be posted on this website after the New Zealand survey has closed in January 2009.The prize draw is open to all who complete the survey and submit a valid entry, as specified on the last pages of the questionnaire. Employees of the project, members of the steering and technical advisory committees, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the draw.
