Thursday
24 November and Saturday 26 November: $40 per day (students $20 per
day)
Friday 25 November: $20 (students $10)
Registration forms
should be sent by airmail or faxed (if paying by credit card), or
airmailed with payment by cheque, to the conference address provided
on the registration form.
On request, forms will be e-mailed
as attached documents or sent by airmail.
