News and Events
The activities of the NCSAS are now merged into Monash Asia Institute.
The National Centre for South Asian Studies was established in 1992 with the support of the Australian Department of Education. In 2001, the NCSAS was formally absorbed into the Monash Asia Institute and is now an integral part of the Asian Studies program at Monash University.
