MAI Non-Trade Orders
Please send your order to the Monash Asia Institute, including credit card details, or a cheque or money order in Australian dollars or the equivalent amount in your currency. Orders can be sent by email, fax, or phone (see details below). A receipt will be forwarded with the publications. Orders can be made in advance for forthcoming publications.
Postage
Orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post. We absorb the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on local postage. If you require an urgent delivery you will have to pay any extra costs incurred.
Orders outside Australia will be sent air mail by courier. We therefore need a street address, not a post office box, and telephone contact. Our arrangements with our couriers ensure that this method is the cheapest delivery available. Our rates are:

Standing Orders
Standing orders are accepted for all series. Persons or organisations with a standing order for a series will automatically receive copies of each volume as it is published. Prepayment is not required as an invoice will accompany the book. A discount of 20% applies to all standing orders, and postage is not charged.

Returns
Returns are not accepted, except in cases of damage caused by us or an administrative error on our part.
