First Annual MAI Conference Abstracts: Format

Call for papers and contributors Prospective authors should submit an abstract of 250-350 words, in English, outlining aims, content and conclusion of their papers.

Each submission must include a paragraph, at the top of the page, the following details:

The heading at the top of this page should be " MAI Mumbai Conference 2004".

Method of submission of abstracts

Submissions should be made by e-mail or posted to the Conference Secretariat at the address below:

Submissions imply that at least one author will register for the conference and be present at the time designated in the conference program.

Abstracts must be received by 10 October, 2003.

Conditions for publication in conference proceedings

If your abstract is accepted, we will assume that at least one author will register and present the paper in Mumbai. Please ensure that you read the Registration instructions before proceeding.

Instructions for submitting a computer readable format for the proceedings will be provided when the submission is accepted.

Refereed conference proceedings

The Conference Proceedings will be fully refereed in strict compliance with the best international standards.

Receipt of Abstracts 10 October 2003
Notification of Abstracts 15 October 2003
Receipt of final manuscripts 15 November 2003
Acceptance of papers notified 1 December 2003
Registration for conference - last day 15 December 2003
