Current Research Project
I act as the Main and Associate Supervisors of 10 PhD students.
I am involved in data analysis for research projects at the School of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, Deakin University on (a) effects of dietary acid load on blood pressure and bone health, (b) relationships between food patterns and bone health, and (c) a systematic review on the effects of calcium and dairy supplementation on weight reduction.
I am also preparing chapters for the new edition of Food and Nutrition edited by Prof Mark L Wahlqvist, Allen & Unwin (to be released in 2011).
