South Asia Security - Virtual Forum on Security & Disarmament (1998)
The Virtual Forum on South Asia Security has been set up to solicit a wide range of views on security and disarmament. During the dialogues in Melbourne and Washington, participants felt that such sharing of knowledge could play a critical role in building confidence and reducing tension, suspicion and hostility.
