The 2005 recipients of the Faculty of Arts Award for Excellence in Higher Degree by Research Supervision were Dr Heather Bowe from the Linguistics section of the School of Languages, Cultures and Linguistics and Professor Graham Oppy from the Philosophy section of the School of Philosophy and Bioethics.
