Jill is a PhD is student in the School of Philosophy and Bioethics, Monash University, Australia. She has a B.Sc. Hons (ANU/University of Melbourne) in molecular neuroscience, and recently held a visiting teaching position in the Department of Philosophy at Dartmouth College. Her current research interests are in the relation between studies of moral cognition in the psychological and brain sciences, and meta-ethical theories of moral judgment.

Thesis Topic:

"The moral brain: understanding the implications of moral cognition research for theories of moral judgment in ethical theory."
