For Candidates and Staff
Doctoral and Master's by Research examinations are administered by the Monash Institute of Graduate Research. Please refer to their examinations webpages for information on thesis submission, links to forms and an overview of the examination process.
Chapter 7 of the Handbook for Doctoral & MPhil Degrees provides detailed information on the policies governing doctoral and MPhil thesis examination, and both candidates and staff are advised to read it.
For Examiners
The Examiner Information section of the Monash Institute of Graduate Research website contains notes for examiners and outlines the possible recommendations. It also provides practical information about return of reports and honoraria.
