2010 Re-enrolment
HDR candidates will need to re-enrol for 2010 via Web Enrolment System (WES) at my.monash.edu.au/wes/ by using their Monash email login and password.
The re-enrolment period for 2010 is from Monday 12 October 2009 until Monday 23 November 2009.
All HDR students in the Arts faculty need to re-enrol for 2010 if you:
- will be continuing your research program in 2010,
- are currently on intermission but will return to study in 2010, or
- will not be submitting your thesis before 18 December 2009.
Masters candidates
If you have submitted your thesis for examination, or intend to submit your thesis for examination before 18 December 2008, you are not required to re-enrol. You must, however, inform the Arts Research Graduate School by 23 November 2009 of your intention to submit your thesis before this time. Please email args@arts.monash.edu.au indicating your expected date of thesis submission.
If you do not re-enrol during November you may still do so from 24 November until 18 December 2009 but you will incur the $250 late re-enrolment fee.
MA by coursework and research students may re-enrol their research units through WES. However, the coursework units will be manually re-enrolled by the Arts Research Graduate School. Students who need to be re-enrolled for a coursework unit in Semester 1 2010, will have to contact the relevant school to obtain an approval of the coursework unit before coming to ARGS.
Masters students wishing to vary their candidature (e.g vary attendance, apply for intermission, extend candidature, etc) need to download the appropriate application form from www.arts.monash.edu.au/research/graduate-research/current-students/forms/
Monash Student Email Accounts
Please be reminded that the university sends all official emails to student email accounts only. You can access your student email at https://mail.monash.edu.au or via my.monash portal https://my.monash.edu.au/. Students who prefer to use their private or Monash staff email accounts are required to forward their Monash University student email to these accounts. The instructions for mail forwarding are available from www.its.monash.edu.au/students/email/about.html.

Do not leave your re-enrolment to the last day. You may encounter problems and be unable to access assistance in time to avoid incurring a late enrolment fee.
