Translation and Intercultural Studies

Our research encompasses various areas of translation and interpreting studies research, including literatures in translation, transnational writing and identities, history of translation, modes of interpreting, ethics of the profession, training & pedagogical approaches as well as the incorporation of new technologies in the professional and teaching environment.

Our researchers are nationally and internationally renowned and have published widely in the field. We supervise MA and PhD dissertations in the areas listed above.
